When you order

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any gift message, so we can post your case and contact you about your order. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

When you join the list

We store your email address, the date you signed up and your browser type, and use them only to tell you about new cases. Ask us any time and we'll remove you.

When you visit

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal information.

When you click one of our ads

If you reach this site from one of our Google ads, the Google Ads tag on this site uses cookies to tell us whether the ad led to an order, and the order's value. It doesn't tell us who you are. Google's own privacy policy covers how Google uses this data.

When you chat with us

Messages you send through the chat bubble are handled by tiny.help and kept so we can reply.

Where it's kept

Your information is held by the services above (Stripe, Cloudflare, Plausible, Google and tiny.help). We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email deathbypost@tiny.help.
